NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE DIVERGENT SERIES: INSURGENT Blu-Ray DVD Giveaway is sponsored by Lionsgate, Summit Entertainment, Instagram Users: Allegianetics, Insurgient and FourTrisFanPage, Fan Site Allegiant New York.

Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Allegianetics, Insurgient, FourTrisFanPage and Allegiant New York shall be entitled to interpret these Official Rules as needed — including but not limited to rules regarding entries, deadlines, winner selection, prize restrictions, and eligibility — and all of its decisions are final. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

Promotion and Giveaway begins on July 25, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PST”). Entry deadline is August 5, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PST”). Drawing to determine winners (randomly not individually chosen) will be held on August 6, 2015. Winner will be announced August 7, 2015 at a chosen time by the host.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored by Instagram, Twitter, or Rafflecopter. Though with one of the contests being held on Instagram, the social site is in no way a sponsor to the contest.

ELIGIBILITY

 

To be eligible, each entrant must be at least thirteen (13) years of age and a legal resident of the Promotion Area (above) as of the first day of the Promotion.  In addition, each entrant must have an existing Instagram account prior from July 25, 2015 to August 7, 2015.

The hosts of this giveaway, which include Allegianetics, Insurgient, Allegiant New York, and the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings or children) and households (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win.

PRIZES

 

Prizes (6): Each prize includes (1) “The Divergent Series: Insurgent” Blu-Ray DVD with estimated value of $25.00

The odds of winning will not depend on the host, but on the machine/ application the hosts will be using to determine the winner.

HOW TO ENTER:

 

Entries will be permitted from July 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m Pacific Time (“PST”) to August 5, 2015 at 11:59 p.m Pacific Time (“PST”)

To enter:

Instagram: Each entry must “follow” the hosts’ Instagram accounts at @Allegianetics, @Insurgient, @FourTrisFanPage, and @Allegiant.NY. After “following” the hosts’ accounts, entry must repost the entry photo with the hashtag #insurgentbluraydvdgiveaway on their reposted post.

Unlimited entries are accepted per person/ user. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, script, macro, or any other automated means or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, contest-entry services or multiple or different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, Instagram accounts or logins) are prohibited and will void all entries submitted by that entrant. No group submissions will be accepted.

Entries must include a valid Instagram account for the entrant. Allegianetics, Insurgient, FourTrisFanPage, and Allegiant New York will not be responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of passive or active filtering of any kind. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on a Instagram account, the entry will be deemed made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the Instagram account used for entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the Instagram account by Instagram.com

Rafflecopter: Each entry must provide all the necessary information needed from the “Rafflecopter” contest at www.AllegiantNY.Wordpress.com. All entries must be made from the initial time of July 25, 2015 at 12:00 a.m to its ending period August 5, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt by the hosts in which we will not accept screen shots as proof of entry.

SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF WINNERS

 

On the date of August 6, 2015, after the close of the contest/ giveaway within a reasonable time, the hosts will randomly choose (6) winners for “The Divergent Series: Insurgent” Blu-Ray DVD prize from all the entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility, the persons whose names are so drawn will be declared the winners.

The hosts will contact the potential winner in accordance with the information supplied by the Instagram entries and the Rafflecopter entries. (3) will win from the Instagram entries, and (3) will win from the Rafflecopter entries. Each winner must respond within the time period of August 6, 2015 to August 7, 2015 giving a total of (24) hours to reply. If the potential winner does not respond within the potential time of (24) hours, the hosts will have to choose randomly for another potential winner.
