In an EXCLUSIVE article from Entertainment Weekly, a new video of Veronica Roth was shown accepting the “so much stronger” sim scenes in Insurgent the movie, compared to the book. In this video, the 2nd Unit Director/VFX Supervisor, James Madison talks about the idea that was demonstrated to the crew during the scene when Tobias “shatters away” when Tris is on her simulation and states “You are the sim.”
