The Snowden teaser trailer was just recently released earlier this morning, by Apple Trailers. The movie adaptation that features the stars of, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Shailene Woodley, Melissa Leo, Zachary Quinto, Tom Wilkinson, Rhys Ifans, and Nicholas Cage is set to hit theaters this Christmas, directed by Director Oliver Stone. Edward Snowden is a profound negotiable hero/traitor. CIA employee (whom may I add is also a computer genius) Edward Snowden leaked thousands of classified documents to the press that where in possession of the US Government. The information he leaked was meant for a purpose, and its purpose was for the American citizens to see what the government is doing under our noses. The information he leaked was about how the government can see all our moves in the web or online, including text messages, listen to our phone calls, read our emails, etc. without our consent. As stated as an example, Edward Snowden just recently had an interview with John Oliver and he stated as an example: “If you by any chance just decided to send a nude to someone, the US government will not only be aware of it, but will also save the picture and put it in your file….” Now the role that Shailene plays in this movie, is Edwards girlfriend who is a pole dancer. Edward Snowden in present day is alive and is restrained from entering the USA or any other country. He is bound to stay in Russia for the rest of his life. I consider Edward a hero due to his courages action of what HE believed was right for him to do. And if it wasn’t for his warnings, I’m pretty sure society would be more of a chaos then what it is today…
